1. What We Collect

When you use RISE Bot, we store:

Telegram user ID - to identify your account and wallets
Wallet data - your encrypted private key (AES-256), wallet address, and wallet names
Trading data - position cost basis, limit orders, and trade settings (slippage, buy presets)
Points and referral data - invite codes, referral relationships, trading volume for points

We do not collect your name, phone number, email, or any Telegram profile data beyond your user ID.

2. How We Use It

To execute trades and manage your wallets
To track your positions and calculate PnL
To process limit orders
To manage the invite and points system

We don't sell your data. We don't use it for advertising. We don't share it with third parties except as described below.

3. Third-Party Services

The Bot interacts with:

Solana blockchain - your wallet address and transactions are public on-chain
Rise.rich API - to fetch market data and build transactions (your wallet address is sent)
Supabase - database hosting for encrypted wallet data and settings
Telegram - message delivery (governed by Telegram's privacy policy)

4. Security

Private keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage
Encryption keys are stored separately from the database
Keys are never logged, never sent in messages, never exposed in plaintext
Database access is restricted to the bot application only

5. Data Retention

Your data is stored as long as you use the Bot. If you want your data deleted, contact us on Telegram and we'll remove your records from the database. Note that on-chain transactions are permanent and cannot be deleted.

6. Your Rights

You can:

Export your private key during wallet creation (shown once)
Withdraw all funds at any time
Request deletion of your data by contacting us

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the Bot after changes means you accept the updated policy.
